By making a booking with Oakmont Executive Travel (OMT) you agree to the following terms and conditions
1. Services provided:
- OMT offers Executive transport services which includes but not limited to; Airport transfers, Sporting Event transfers hourly chauffeur service and corporate travel.
2. Booking Process:
- Bookings can be made through the booking form on our website, via phone, Email, WhatsApp or Instagram
3. Booking Confirmation:
- For a booking to be confirmed all details must be provided through the booking form and then confirmed by OMT. A booking is not confirmed without a deposit being paid. Booking confirmation will be provided via Email and/or SMS
4. Payment Terms:
- Before a booking is confirmed a deposit of minimum £40 will be required to be paid via bank card. This deposit is non refundable or transferable after 24 hours of the original booking being made.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the journey is due to commence. The remaining balance can be paid via bank card or bank transfer or where agreed prior, cash on journey to the driver (this must be agreed prior with the operator)
- For corporate clients, invoicing options are available with payment terms of either 7 or 14 days.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations within the first 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. After 24 hours the deposit will be retained. Cancellation within 48 hours of the departure date will require FULL PAYMENT. This will be taken from the card details held on file from which the deposit was taken.
6. Responsibilities of Oakmont Executive Travel
- OMT is committed to providing professional and reliable transport solutions
- Every effort is made by OMT to ensure timely arrival however unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays, road closures or adverse weather conditions may affect arrival time. OMT shall not be liable for any delays that are not in our control.
- OMT reserves the right to substitute vehicles in the event of unforeseen circumstances, a vehicle of the same calibre or upgrade will be provided.
- Drivers will be dressed Formally and will be dressed to a minimum standard of Black pants, black dress shoes, white shirt and black tie. For wedding hire a three piece suit will be worn.
- OMT is not responsible for lost items that are left in the vehicle after service. However if items are found by the driver they will be kept hold of and returned to the lead passenger.
- OMT shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use of our service. Except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Responsibilities of Passengers:
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards the chauffeur and adhere to vehicle policies at all times.
- Clients are responsible for providing the correct travel seats for children, OMT does not provide child seats however we will keep hold of the seats for the return journey.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all chauffeur vehicles, Clients found smoking inside a vehicle will result in immediate termination of transport.
- Passengers are responsible for leaving the vehicle in a tidy manner, a soiling fee may be charged for instances such as being sick, or spilling drinks or damaging fixtures and fittings.
- OMT reserves the right to refuse transport to any group/ individual who is exhibiting inappropriate behaviour
- Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the vehicle only with prior consent and in compliance with local authority laws (Liverpool City Council)
- Alcohol must be provided by the passengers and can only be consumed by passengers over the age of 18.
8. License and Insurance:
- OMT holds the relevant licenses and insurance to operate in this sector. We hold a valid copy of the licenses required for our drivers. A copy of OMT’s relevant licences and insurance can be viewed upon request.
9. Booking changes:
- Clients are required to update OMT with any changes they would like to make to the booking no matter how little this may be. This is to ensure sufficient time is allocated to not cross other bookings.
10. Minimum booking fare/time:
- For a one way journey a minimum fare of £60 will be required. This is to ensure that the driver is paid correctly for the time it takes them to prepare the vehicle and themselves and arrive promptly for the journey. For hourly chauffeur hire, a minimum time of 3 hours is required.
11. Special Requests:
- Any special requests whether this is a specific route or stop along the way or balloons and banners for special occasions should be communicated at the time of booking to allow OMT to prepare for the request. Please be aware there are some requests we may not be able to accommodate or may incur a extra cost.
12. Client Feedback:
- We may use client testimonials for promotional purposes with prior consent.
13. Disputes:
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled according to the laws of England and Wales. Any payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the service date.
14. Privacy Policy:
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share any personal information with third parties without consent
15. Governing Laws:
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any legal proceedings must be conducted in that jurisdiction
16. OMT reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
